He was alone running in the direction that everyone was trying to escape from, carrying that big kit and barefoot … He’s running at something that surely every fibre in your being would instruct you to run in the reverse way. “Without a second thought, but just fully maximum effort racing.” A Symbol of Bravery Amidst Chaos The image that Ching snapped of the rescuer, since identified as Jackson Doolan, rapidly circulated as among numerous acts of valour in the wake of the terror attack.
